Pre Apprenticeships

Pre-apprenticeship partners provide resources and training to prepare individuals who meet at least one of CTA’s workforce goals to enter into US Dept. of Labor-approved apprenticeship programs.

Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership & the American Jobs Center 

Cook County Workforce Partnership and the US Department of Labor’s American Jobs Centers and their partners provide a suite of career-building tools and resources. The Partnership is the non-profit umbrella organization designated as administrator of federal workforce development funding for the City of Chicago and Cook County.

This workforce development portal is a collaboration between education and employment nonprofit, Roadtrip Nation, and the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership. The portal walks participants through online lessons that guide a career exploration experience through resources and coaching.
